Welcome To Our
Historic Town
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Please be advised that the Borough will be flushing fire hydrants during the week of May 4.
During this time, residents may experience temporary discoloration of their water and/or a drop in water pressure. This is a normal occurrence and does not pose a health risk. If discoloration occurs, please run your cold water for several minutes until it clears. It is also recommended to avoid doing laundry during this period to prevent potential staining. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we perform this important maintenance to ensure the quality of our water system.
Residents, please be aware: A spoof caller is attempting to extort money by using the name of the Englishtown Police Department and the information of the Englishtown Police Chief, along with the department’s official phone number.
Please be advised that this is a scam. Do not provide any personal or financial information to this caller. Law enforcement agencies will not contact residents in this manner to request money or sensitive information.
If you receive such a call, hang up immediately and report it directly to the Englishtown Police Department. If you’re not a resident of Englishtown, please report the incident to your local agency.
