Dear Residents: It is SPRING TIME and that means lawn care! We know you want your yard to look great — and we want a great-looking Englishtown Borough. When cleaning your yard, please be aware that there are many items that can and cannot be picked taken away by the Englishtown Borough.

BOROUGH OF ENGLISHTOWN ACCEPTED RECYCLING ITEMS (April 2022)

Brush in front of house cut in lengths no longer than 3 feet and no more than 3” in diameter. Brush must be placed a 30 – 32 -gallon garbage container and cannot exceed 50 pounds. No grass clippings allowed. Only 1 container per household. (Only collected in April, July, & October). (The Borough will not accept brush that is the result of landscaping).

Brush that is not cut or not at the curb WILL NOT be picked up

Loose leaves at the curb (Seasonal – November, December & April)

Recyclable items (and only recyclable items) can be disposed in dumpsters behind the Borough Hall. NOT GARBAGE

TV’s and electronics will NOT be picked up at a residence but must be brought to an appropriate recycling facility. Please see:
